The Lombardy menu is back at Aroma restaurants.

Last summer, you loved our Lombardy specials so much that we decided to bring the menu back! Starting April 1, 2025, you can once again enjoy the best of this picturesque region in northern Italy at Aroma Harfa, Aroma Quadrio, and Aroma Dock restaurants.

Lombardy is a region of contrasts—home to Alpine peaks, romantic lakes, charming towns, vineyards, and orchards. Lombard cuisine is known for its high-quality ingredients such as rice, butter, veal, and renowned cheeses.

Popular dishes include creamy Ossobuco, saffron-infused Risotto alla Milanese, and Cotoletta alla Milanese—a veal cutlet fried in butter. Local staples also include corn polenta, cheeses like Gorgonzola and Grana Padano, and smoked beef bresaola.

What dishes can you look forward to on the special menu?

Antipasto misto – a selection of regional cheeses and cold cuts: Bresaola, Provolone Affumicato, Grana Mantovano, Parma ham, Gorgonzola DOP, sun-dried tomatoes, olives, and arugula.
Risotto Milanese con Buffalo – traditional saffron risotto with delicate buffalo mozzarella.
Cotoletta alla Milanese – veal schnitzel served with buttery boiled potatoes and fresh lemon.
Pizza Mortadela con noci e basilico – pizza with a creamy basil base, mortadella, and crushed almonds.
