Letní grilování v Pivovaru Kolkovna – od 2. 7. každou středu!

Summer is the perfect time for the scent of wood, freshly tapped beer, and honest grilled meat. Starting July 2nd, Kolkovna Brewery is launching regular summer barbecues, taking place every Wednesday from 5:00 PM in our garden. The menu will change monthly, so there's always something new to look forward to!

August Menu:

Beef Burger from Ribeye
Cheddar cheese, caramelized onion, BBQ mayo, homemade brioche bun.

Chicken Supreme Thigh
Marinated in honey and chili, served with corn mash and spring onions.

Halloumi with Grilled Vegetables
A vegetarian option with zucchini, bell peppers, and yogurt dip.

BBQ Grilled Rib
Slow-cooked, then grilled, with a honey glaze and fresh bread.
