Kolkovna invites you to our popular Goose Party, where you can enjoy the best of goose cuisine served in true traditional style. From roast goose and fluffy dumplings to crispy potato pancakes and hearty soups – this is autumn on a plate.

Menu:

• Moravian “Přesňáky” (2 pcs)
  Golden roasted potato “lokše” with goose liver and onion.

• Goose leg (350 g)
  Roasted young goose leg with apple red cabbage and potato “drbáky”.

• Goose thick soup
  With ham dumplings and homemade noodles.

• Roast goose in cumin lard (1,000 g)
  With homemade white cabbage and farmer bacon, potato “lokše” and “drbáky”.
  As a gift from the house, we serve an old Bohemian yeast bun.

• Whole roasted goose (approx. 4 kg)
  With homemade cabbage, bacon, bread dumplings, “lokše” and 4x Pilsner Urquell 0.5 l.
  As a gift from the house, we serve old Bohemian yeast buns.
