For the second half of September, we’ve put together a special menu that combines classics with original flavors. Choose your burger and enjoy it with a side and a sauce of your choice – included in the price. From 15 to 30 September at Pivovar Kolkovna!

DOUBLE SMASH BURGER

Aged ground beef neck, bacon jam, cheddar cheese, cucumber relish, tomato, chipotle mayonnaise

PORTOBELLO BURGER

Marinated portobello gratinéed with Roquefort cheese, truffle mayonnaise, salad of fermented radishes and parsley

PIVOVAR KOLKOVNA BURGER

Beer bun with grilled pork rib, sauerkraut with horseradish, pickled onion, mustard

DUCK BURGER

Pulled duck roasted in hoisin sauce, pickled shallot, egg, walnuts, crispy salad
