Beer lovers, every Kolkovna is pouring our Ale 11° – an American Pale Ale you’ll fall for from the very first sip. This fan-favorite Pale Ale isn’t brand-new, but it’s our May special that brings back that unmistakable hop character.
Ale 11° draws inspiration from classic British Pale Ale, reimagined by America’s craft-beer pioneers into a brew with higher bitterness and a rich hop aroma. To maximize flavor, we dry-hop in the fermenter with three iconic American varieties—Cascade, Citra, and Centennial—after hopping at the kettle.
