Kolkovna Friends  |  Lost card

Please pick up your new card at any Kolkovna Restaurants branch.
All you have to do is tell the restaurant staff that you have a damaged / lost card and you will receive a new one immediately.

Then perform the following steps:

  1. Log in to the Kolkovna Friends system >> HERE
  2. In the system, click on Card Management.
  3. Then enter the number of your new card.
  4. Click the 'Submit Card Change Request' button.
Your original total spend and any discount on the card will be uploaded to your new card within 24 hours.
